Two-$3000 Scholarships - Congratulations to. David B. Bryant, a Strayer University student and full-time employee at John S. James and Nicole Ashley Metcalf, a College of Charleston student, majoring in International Business with a focus in Latin American and Caribbean Studies, who were the recipients of the two scholarships awarded at the 2010 annual banquet. CWIT’s scholarship program began in 2004 to aid a SC resident student, enrolled/enrolling in an in-state accredited higher education program in pursuit of a degree specific to international trade or related course of study.

Seeking Financial Sponsors - The search is on for companies demonstrating leadership by providing financial support for CWIT’s April 13 Soirée. In recognition of this year’s challenging economic climate, we are offering three affordable levels of sponsorship: Platinum ($2,000), Diamond ($750), and Emerald ($250). Music Under the Stars - Join members and guests in welcoming local musicians,father and son duo Bill Purcell and William Purcell,to kick off the 7th Annual Banquet, "The Charleston Soirée". Attendees will enjoy old Jazz standards, modern contemporary favorites, and sing-a-long ballads. Entertainment begins under the stars at 6:00 PM in the Fountain Courtyard.

Table Reservations - A grand opportunity for your company or organization to host a table where you can bring clients, guests and employees together for an evening of elegant dining and networking. The Charleston Ballroom - Held at the Doubletree located in Charleston's Historic District at 181 Church Street, members and guest will dine in the lavish Charleston Ballroom and enjoy networking in the Fountain Courtyard starting at 6:00pm. We are working hard to make sure extra touches will take this year's event beyond past expectations.
